Who can use Free AI Rap Video

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Free AI Rap Video.

Free AI Rap Video makes short AI rap videos of you and a friend. For an original rap you upload two photos, one of you and one of an adult who agreed to be in the video; an AI writes original lyrics and a beat, and an AI video model generates a new video of the two of you performing them. For a meme remake you pick one of our remakes of a trending rap meme and upload the photos it asks for, each of you or an adult who agreed.

Original raps are written by AI. No real song, artist or lyrics from a real song are used.
Every meme remake on Free AI Rap Video is our own AI-made version with adult characters only. No frame or person from the original video is used, and we do not name the people in the original videos.
You cannot upload a video or audio of your own, and there is no text prompt.
Original raps come with AI-made voices and a beat. Remakes of copyrighted songs are silent. Your own voice is never recorded or used.
Videos are generated by third-party AI services we contract with (listed in our Privacy Policy); Free AI Rap Video is our own product and is not made or endorsed by those providers.
Free AI Rap Video is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any artist or record label, the people in the original videos, TikTok, YouTube or any meme account.

Before every video you must tick a box that says:

These are my photos to use, and everyone in them is an adult who said yes.

We store the date and the exact wording you agreed to with each video. By ticking it, you confirm that:

You took the photos or have the right to use them.
Every person shown in any photo is you or an adult who agreed to be in this video, and you can show that they agreed if we ask.
Nobody shown is under 18, a public figure, a celebrity, a politician or an influencer.
The video is not sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or otherwise unlawful, and is not meant to make people believe a real person said or did something they did not.

If any of this is not true, do not start the video. You keep ownership of your uploads. You give us a limited license to process them only to generate your video, run content-safety checks and deliver the result.

Prohibited uses

The full list of prohibited content, how moderation works and how we enforce it is in the Acceptable Use Policy. In short, you may not use Free AI Rap Video to:

Create sexual or sexually suggestive content of any person.
Make a video of anyone who did not agree to it.
Impersonate, defame, harass or mislead about a real person.
Depict minors in any way.
Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
Get around credit limits or content-safety checks, including by creating multiple accounts.

We may block a generation, remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

The AI-generated label

Every video Free AI Rap Video makes is AI-generated, and we label it that way: on the site, in the file name of every download, and in the video file's own metadata. You agree to:

keep that label, and not remove or hide it;
say the video is AI-generated wherever you post it, for example by turning on TikTok's AI-generated content label or using the equivalent on other platforms;
never present the video as real footage of a person or an event.

Generated videos

Subject to these terms and to the rights of the people in your photos, you may use the videos you generate, including posting them on TikTok, Reels, Shorts and other platforms. AI output can be imperfect or unexpected; review every video before you post it. You are responsible for how you use and share your videos.

The free clip

Each person can have one free original rap clip: 5 seconds, 480p, with sound and a freeairapvideo.com watermark.
It needs an account signed in with Google. There is one free clip per Google account, and only a few free clips a day from one network (IP address); making more accounts to get more is not allowed.
Free clips have a daily budget. When the day's budget is used up, your clip is made the next day (UTC) and we email you when it is ready.
If a free clip fails on our side, you can make it again. A clip refused by our safety check, or whose photos are refused, counts as used.
Meme remakes and full videos are never free. We may change or end the free clip for future clips; a clip you have already started is still made.

Credits and payments

Apart from the free clip, every video uses credits. Credits are bought in one-time packs; there are no subscriptions.
A video costs credits by its length: up to 15 seconds costs 50 credits, up to 30 seconds costs 100. Each template shows its price before you start.
Credits do not expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Credits for a failed generation are refunded automatically.
Payments are processed by Stripe, and charges appear on your statement under the name shown at checkout. Prices include any sales tax or VAT.
Refunds for purchases follow the Refund Policy. If you dispute a payment, the credits from that purchase that you have not used are taken back.

Copyright and soundtrack complaints

If you believe content generated with Free AI Rap Video, including a template's audio, infringes your rights, email support@freeairapvideo.com with the details. Rights holders can ask us to remove a template's soundtrack or use a different one. We review and act on complaints within 24 hours.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause or discontinue features and templates. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.

Disclaimer and liability

Free AI Rap Video is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
